I cannot maintain a life of waking up so early. I used to have a job that I got up to start work at 4am and I would fall asleep as soon as I got home from my shift, so I didn't do things with my day anyway hahaha. Ahh I want to start waking up early to get work done because of the quiet, but man is that hard to do. There are many things that I want to start doing now because it is the new year, and I am slowly starting to do them. With the help of my therapist, I have decided to live for myself more. I am working hard in college so I can do what I want (I want to be a graphic designer).And, you both and your videos inspire me so much to work hard for myself and start cooking more! I think the reason why it’s difficult to establish new habits/routines like your 5AM one is because we try to establish extremes as fast as possible. If you wake up at 8AM typically, while your ultimate goal can be 5AM, your immediate goal should be 7:40AM. Once that becomes easy you make it a little earlier until you reach your ultimate goal.
