Noemi, I also fall asleep very easily. When I sit in my recliner and watch television I very often fall asleep. I love to read and I read at my desk because the lighting in here is the best in the house for reading. I sit in a cushioned swivel desk chair but that sitting upright is NOT for me the answer to staying awake. I many times in the week fall asleep sitting at my desk while watching something!! Now if I am working I stay awake, but watching, not so good at staying awake. Once my husband said "I am going to install at seat belt on your desk chair." I asked "Why?" and he said to keep me from falling out of my chair when I fall asleep. To this day, I have not fallen out and I still don't have a seat belt. 😁

You just amaze me in the kitchen! It's been a long, long time since I had a family to cook for daily and maybe I've just forgotten how much I cooked. You make it all look so easy. That chicken dish looked so delicious. I've been gluten free for twenty years-found out late in life that had been my source of health problems my entire life. Have been so healthy since diagnosis. I am wishing you would make a cookbook of GF recipes: simple breakfast food, lunches and dinners. It would be so beautiful too because you cook with so many brightly colored ingredients. Just a thought! Like you don't have enough to do! Ha! I will definitely be making your pickled vegetables-they look yummy! I'm so glad you figured out gluten was the issue. Same for me too! It's been around 15 years being gluten free and there are so many great products these days way back then there weren't that many gf things in the store. I will try to post more on the website about recipes they just fixed it over the holidays and on Monday I will have a walk trough how to post and hopefully I can carve out time to post more there. I’m having a problem with my zwilling storage at the moment, I suck out the air and check the button on container with and extra push, but when I get them out of fridge the seal in the top of the lid is up and tips would be most welcome. I had that problem when I slightly over packed them. They need an extra room on the top so when I suck out the air it has room to sink in. That would be my tip. Let me know if that solve the issue. Thank you so much for watching ad I'm so glad you enjoyed it! The taller narrow ones are from DAISO sometimes H Mart has a Daiso section. They have so many amazing organizing things that are very affordable. It's like a good quality dollar store I think items are 2.50 and 5 dollars but they have so many things. The flat ones are from Container store but Daiso has very similar for a lot cheaper and same quality. The ones I used for bread are from the dollar store and I love them because easy to open and they have a strait side so no wasted place! To have a designated container for each corner helped me to see what place I have to work with and I have it under control now. With the bags it was a little more chaotic. I keep them there even if it's empty so I know what I have to refill. 💗🤗
