That omelette maker looks like a game changer!!! I always end up with scrambled eggs as I can't master the omelette as I'm useless in the kitchen 🤣🤣 xx

Hi. Thanks for posting this SP 5lb loss meal plan. On the Tuesday diner meal, you say the reduced fat cheese (Feta) is your second healthy extra b. Am assuming breakfast and lunch were the same as Monday, so what was your first healthy extra b? Many thanks
