Seating area, all day everyday. Huge part of these sales is the vibes. Also, when these watches would be in a showcase they seem less 'attainable' so to say. Just lounging and looking through cases of RM's on the couch would be the best.

Option 1. You have a business built around a friendly hang out vibe where someone can have a drink, chill, and look at some nice pieces. Too often people go into a store and feel pressured to stand and stare at the cases while a salesman hovers waiting for them to say something. If I had the money to drop on what you all sell I would be looking for the experience. With a walk in store front then option 2 would be better, but there isn't that type of foot traffic for the high end pieces you sell.

As an architectural designer student in Toronto, I highly recommend option 2. My perspective is that you want to retain the customer in the store as long as possible so they can view more items and want to spend more money. Having a seating area with a little bit of a table for possibly a cigar smoke or a drink or two will enhance the experience for the person shopping. If this is for less serious buyers and you want people to buy something and leave then option one with another viewing area is better. It all depends on the area, the goal, and how long you want someone to stay in the store for.

@@TimePieceTrading the one thing I will have to mention is that if you do decide to put a table and chair there I highly recommend something artistic or symbolic to either your brand or theme for the room. For example dark wood finishes and a dark Enviorment would be considered warm and cozy and a dark leather chair would fit nicely with a cigar set. For something unique you can probably source a possible custom table that has maybe extremely expensive watches placed under the glass. As this table would most likely be where most of the deals go through then having your top pieces there shining at the customer would be a nice touch. It’s all up to you and what your brand wants to do. It seems like this may be your first store so these type of things would be symbolic for your brand going forward if you ever decide to expand.

Option 1 is better for your client base. You dont have hundreds of people coming in per day, curate the space to be as luxurious & intimate for the clients as possible. They don't need more options to look at, let them sit down, relax, feel at home and get them in the mood to purchase watches. You can roll displays up to the seating area as needed to showcase the pieces. I might have to get an RM Bubba from y'all if so, keep it up yall!

Option 1 Seating area in the middle. The current office option with the couch on the side near the desk gets too compact when large groups or NFL players gather around the watch cases

you dont need more display - you will never have enough space to show all your stock anyways. Focus on customer experience. People who drop 6/7 figures want to sit down, have a drink, take a good look at the pieces that you bring out and have a nice chat over it
