He isn't from the ol skool where he can dig in & carry the club on his back e.g. Keane, Becks, Ince, Robbo, Rooney to name a few. I agree with Ste about Garnacho, his passing is terrible, his crossing is poor and his decision making is the worst in the team and he loses the ball far too much. His positives are his effort and he is a scorer of great goals, but until he can sort his basics out, he doesn't start for me, he is better as an impact sub (when a team is tired)

The difference in energy when Ste is there is so obvious that it's crazy that he hasn't been on much. It's not just the banter either. Ste is very good at getting Rio to talk about himself and his career and at getting Rio to offer insights as a world class defender that he simply doesn't have the time to offer on TNT or when he's interviewing other football greats for this channel. The focus is on the game or who he's interviewing. Vibe was the only show where the focus was ever really put on Rio and that's largely because of Ste. It's also benefits Joel because he's good at following up with more questions as well as being more than willing to ask Rio and Ste tough questions about United they might not ask themselves. And yeah the banter is fun too but ultimately, Rio looks the most comfortable and relaxed when doing stuff with them and as I said above, Ste (and Joel too, they work well as a pair) helps bring out human side. At the end of the day, this is Rio's channel but the only time we ever actually get to know Rio is when he's with his old United teammates or with these two.

We did not get new manager bounce for Amorim is simply because he did not gave players a free hand - he is stamping his own authority which is great in the long run… If he would have done minor tweaks and given free hand to players or changed formation - we would get a temporary manager bounce but things remain same in long run….
