Speaking as a United fan. Brilliant player was Gerrard. That slip although a big moment... the league was played out over 38 games not just that particular one. I swear Gerrard is an expert at low key talking down Liverpool and making everything about him. Not a fan of Roy of the rovers players. He was an excellent player, but I think there’s a reason why he never consistently won the top trophies.
