I think Banrakas character deserves a top 3 spot. Its so beautifully written. It isn't an evil character that does wrong doings. Instead it catches the mistakes and wrongdoings of the Panchayat. He's an ideal opposition who humbles the rulers. Despite being such an innocent character, we still all hate him and are always tensed after his entry. This for me is a beautiful writing of a character. He can be called a anti-villan character

lol, S3 was an absolute ride. It started with me admiring Bhushan's character cause he do take a stand over right things which Panchayat office should take notice of, I also loved how much knowledge he had about things, weather it's about working of the office or about Judiciary, he certainly wasn't innocent though, he wasn't a gullible character especially if you compare him to someone like Binod, he was a cunning character, also knew how to butter people up, take MLA for example or how to aggravate people like Sachiv ji. I feel we need people like Bhushan in reality too who will bring things into notice and ensure smooth functioning, he would be excellent in any department however, towards the end of S3, I really started hating him. Hated the fact he shared with goons' Bahadur's whereabouts and the fact there is a possibility he sent goons after Pradhan ji also on MLA's order, his actions also somewhat started seeing like he cared more about his position than village's wellfare and then ofc him supporting MLA even after everything at the end, being his right hand man, really made me mad and I think rest of us too which makes Sachiv ji slapping him even more of an enjoyable moment.

Love Vikas as a character however, for some reason I really don't see him as a leader, he is very innocent and not much of a sharp wit (but this aspect of his really gave us some of the funny moments). Of all the characters, I feel like Neena Gupta's character was the one who exhibited all the traits of the leader. She is blunt, love how she gives 'mummy vaale taane' to not only to Rinki but to others too. She's confident and can fake it also, never looses her calm even in most heated moments and very calmly and in a crisp way conveys the message forward. The most important quality of a leader is how they don't walk alone, also takes others along with them, her character always hears others opinion as well before making a final decision. Also low how lowkey everyone is scared of her. I love how makers really didn't make her that much of an independent woman, like she is still a village woman impacted by patriarchy, she cares about her daughter's marriage more than her job, she was only a nominal head, wasn't much interested in politics and is only there cause of her husband, but becasue she exhibits all those traits, I feel she's a very strong character, infact a character who themselves don't know much about their potential. After her I feel her daughter can become leader, as the video pointed, I loved how they made Rinki relatable, she wasn't a stereotypical topper from a small town who wanted to study further but can't cause of circumstances, but despite not being an academic weapon, she wasn't necessarily dumb, she like her mother was also quick wit, can read the room and is also not afraid of anyone. So yeah I see her more as a leader for future.

I am kind of surprised why Bahadur(the pigeon guy in season 3) is not even mentioned. The dude knew his life was in danger if he went against the MLA, yet he stayed on grounds for pradhan and his pigeon. He was attempted to bribe, threatened, almost got beaten up, he got scared shit yet he remained as strong as iron. And the monologue where he supported pradhan ji when bhushan tried to accuse Pradhan for supporting bahadur for his politics, was a chef's kiss scene. This dude is one of the well written characters out there, and easily in my top 5 fav characters( the first being prahlad ofc)!

Bhushan (Banrakhas) ka character is the most well written amongst all. He knows how go play politics in every situation and also how to lit fire among someone and watch it from faraway. Most of the time he was right: 1. Bawaseer wala quote. 2. Binod toilet. 3. CCTV manipulation. 4. Building road. 5. Jab Sachiv ji chappal marte hai uski wife ko. 6. House allotment and Shanti shamjhota He is one of the deserving candidate for paradhan position. He just wants to be in power for well being of the village.

Vikash is also my favorite character. He understands everyone's perspective. He tries to solve everyone's problems even if he himself has so many problema. Like his salary is 10 k, he is going to be a father, still he never complains❤. Truly a genuine character

For me its Pradhan, then Sachev, then Bhushan, then the real pradhan (neena gupta), then Binod, then Vikas, then vidhayak, then prahlad...but all are so good that you can pick them in any sequence it's fine. Actually director is amazing. I still remember one scene where Rinki and her friend return from the market (Fakauli bazaar..is this a real name of any bazaar?? if its made up then wow for creativity) along with Sachev (he is about to leave for his hometown). Then Rinki and Sachev discuss something and Sachev continues towards his office/home and Rinki with her friend continues in her scooter towards their home and in that scene Rinki's friend even teases Rinki (linking her with Sachev). Next scene Sachev is shown reaching his office, parking his bike and in background you can see Rinki and her friend going in scooter. Basically both these scenes are occurring in parallel. I was like what the hell??? Hardly any director will put so much thought or attention to detail. I won't be surprised if most of the viewers haven't even noticed this and hence I am surprised that director bothered so much. The real star is the director of this show. Hats off!! Even that other sachev who came as replacement was out of this world!! ek se barr kar ek.
