"gheerah" in practice looks like teen girls being beaten, stabbed, and strangled to death by their own fathers and brothers, and having their corpses dumped unceremoniously in a ditch. Go take a look at Afghanistan if you want to see what this wonderful 'jealousy' does to a society. Whenever you hear someone talking in a positive way about "gheerah", you know that they would beat their own sister or daughter to death if they thought they had to to protect their ""honor""

No this poem is stupid because he's literally forcing women into that when there could be many reasons why a woman don't want to wear that. But he's making them extremely guilty about it. It's pathetic, because there's also "hijab" for men as well that some Arabs wear. Well, I don't see HIM wearing it, so he's a hypocrite. He's showing off his male beauty and his beautiful singing voice and everything on national TV. Where is your hijab, bro? Or did you think hijab was only for women? You see, he's got a lot to say when or comes to forcing others. But when you ask him about himself, he's got a ton of excuses

Jazakallahukhayr! This is such great motivation for young girls. When I was in high school in India, I was the only muslim girl who wore the hijab and even muslims looked at me like I was some kind of alien. I got severely bullied by non muslims, and the worst part is that other muslim girls didn't support me. If anything, they wanted to be seen like all the other girls. I was sooo alone and sad. My mom had a severe mental illness, so she wasn't much help either. I managed to get through each day, thinking that I would be rewarded in the Hereafter for my patience.

Let's be honest, hijab isn't everything. I know many so called Muslim women who wear a hijab but they are more wicked than even Atheist females or anyone else really. Worse by deeds and appearance! Let's be honest here. I know it's Sunnah, BUT 1. For me i would rather have a Muslim woman who is actually Muslim by deeds and appearance even if she doesn't wear hijab. THAN 2. A woman who has a hijab, 20 layers of make up, tight clothes, smokes, eats pork and drinks alcohol, slept with multiple men as her before marriage marathon. They also do all holes, all races even those who hate Islam. These "Muslim women" don't discriminate. Then they look for a good Muslim guy... That's what we are dealing with nowadays. These are the facts, who raises these girls. School, Hollywood, TikTok, Government = SATAN himself!

Manshallah , I love this poem, I first heard it from Ahmed Al ajmi. I believe he’s the one who wrote the poem. It have me even a higher level of commitment to the hijab, the push and strength to niqab and be completely cover and under the special perfection of Allah. In times Ike these when the less you cover the more your praised and objectified I’m grateful to Allah and the righteousnesses and courage of people like to him to stand up and against so called liberals. Islam already gave us rights and whatever Allah asks of us is for our own good and a mercy from him even though we might not understand or comprehend the reason behind it.
