CatHemmings Ugh ikr. I'm glad the concert in sydney last year wasn't like this. They should listen to them while they are singing and shut their mouths, i understand its a concert and people scream but the girls here need to learn that you don't have to scream the WHOLE time and especially while they are singing ffs. I am not saying that you have to be silent the entire time and be zombies. Screaming itself isn't the problem, its screaming WHILE they are playing a song, making it more difficult to hear them sing. By all means, scream your heart out and let out all that excitement, seeing 5sos in concert is amazing and worth cheering and screaming for. But there are times when screaming is more appropriate than others, like in between verses or songs and they aren't talking: GO FOR IT, while they are playing songs or trying to tell you something: STFU.

I remember this was the first time I heard Amnesia, (the lyric video was released way later) and I downloaded this live on my phone because I was so in love with it. This feels more legit than the actual studio-recorded version for me. I know I'm not the only one who went looking for live versions of this song back when it was new and now, years later, it pops up in my head out of nowhere, like a core memory 😢

I find it so strange when fans scream during a song like this one, when i saw all time low, alex played therapy and it was nothing like this. The crowd were still and just simply sang along...or some just listened. I think its disrespectful to scream and screech in the middle of a song that means a lot to people.

well it doesn't make it okay for them to scream out things during the performance. If an artist or band is performing a new song or piece that they are proud of and they want to share that experience with them, im sure they wouldn't want it not to be heard because of screaming fans. And no its not cheering, its screaming. The difference being that cheering is a form of applause, something that you give when you feel a good emotion towards something, screaming however is exactly that is portrayed in the video
