I just love that you always get the point. Luke used to be in a toxic relationship… Guys helped him through the times. He was really broken and even couldn’t stay at home alone. He used to live with his. band member Ashton for some time..Now he’s happily engaged with love of his life and can be his true-self

This is probably my favorite song from the Youngblood album... so glad you picked up on the imagery of the video depicting how the rest of the band was helpless watching Luke go through that toxic relationship, such a genius video concept. Time for Ghost of You, Youngblood, and Valentine next please!!! Then you gotta do Cocktail Chats which was them talking through the writing and meanings of all the songs on the Youngblood album (while having a few drinks and being their chaotic selves lol).

The HARMONIES in this song are off the charts, honestly one of my fave songs like over 50% of the song is harmonies, it's crazy. There is an official acoustic version on their channel if you wanted to dive into some acoutic performances. I've been in love with the bass and the harmonies for so long, it's another iconic song. Yes! Jet black heart and lie to me are two of my top favs of theirs. I'm not an avid listener of 5sos so I don't know or remember which songs are which but I generally like anything that pops onto my KZbin of theirs. Wallflower is good too.
