Gator has the worst customer service and follow up I have encountered in 2 decades.

I’d have to disagree with that statement, I actually had one of the runs of stitching that connects to the center support bars tear. I got in touch with customer service, and not even a week later they sent me the entire replacement piece, you may have just had the wrong person within customer service help you out.
