The servo saver has set screws that hold it in place. You need to loosen them before you try to adjust it. Then tighten to hold it in place.

I've ran into this on several models with big hard case and high mah batteries even in bigger rigs. Never understood why they limit the size unless it's for weight issues and motor/esc overload. But even still it should fit an average 4s hard case lipo.

Agreed with venting tires on the outside. I plug those dang rim vent holes immediately! Destroyed so many tires due to water in them when i was early in the hobby. Obviously the engineers need to play with their creations more vigorously

It's definitely a great truck. Good thing your friend isn't headless... That always gets me because I took a kraton 12 s to the leg. 14 staples and a broken shoulder from a weird fall. The important thing is that was a great bash/video. 👍 💪

Can you pop off the center brace, use some nylon washer inbetween that center brace and chassis, with some longer screws? 1/4 of an inch would probably make a huge difference.

One of the first things I did when I got back into the hobby was buy a screw assortment, since I'm not lucky about finding the damn screws, ever. I remember when I had my Tamiya Frog and popped a screw out at a park on a Sun afternoon. Couldn't find it, had to drive to the store 10 miles away to buy a screw and after that, I always had screws with me and magically, I never used one of them ever on my cars! I haven't broken or lost a screw on my TT Pro or Granite yet, but a friend's Traxxas whatever it was broke one last time we ran it. It wasn't even a big jump and it snapped off. My assortment was in my bag and saved his afternoon. Between screws and zip ties, you're covered for a lot of stuff. I remember zip tieing front suspension arms together about 30 years ago.

What center diff fluid you run!? I tried 20ml an it busted the housing. Also shattered the rear ring gear in helf. So I went back to stock. Also esc went out so I bought a max5. Havnt tuned it yet but don’t want the front tires ballooning

You can take hardcase off and it will make the battery significantly smaller , just use shrink wrap or electrical tape to wrap the cells afterwards. Be careful splitting the hard case

Is it possible to shim the center tower, to raise it up a bit? Redcat should just have made it a tiny bit taller. It looks like that there are room to move the battery tray a little back, but it also looks like, that the center diff will be in the way on the right side, this is a bit of a headage.

The fix i see for the center brace relocation invloves 3D printing a new piece using longer screws Also you will have to shorten the brace rods as they will get longer the higher you go The only problem i see is where they attached to the shock towers its a fixed angle so either you trim the towers to accommodate that or bend the rods ....🤷🏾‍♂️
