What more can you ask? It will more than fit the width of our lot and it is around 13m deep. I will 💞 remove the store area and improve the living space. Our area has the best of most worlds. It's just a hundred bucks ride to or from Podium or just a 30p trike ride for two to Shang Mall, my mall. The best bargains is a 200m walk from Shang and it is adobe underneath the top soil after 10ft. Thank you for sharing!!!

Total lot are 120sqm, combination of your design front design of video 3storey modern house, the glass windowof it, the garage of requestno38, house is detached with mini garden in front leading to spacious backyard ready for a small pool or portable pool and way from garage to backyard. 3bedroom split type if possible and a rooftop style at the back part of the 2nd floor if not design as split it can be used for laundry and tambayan, dining room with glass sliding door that can fully open to backyard as extension for dining and entertaining.
