Hahaha nice. From the lock and Smart Home. Yan din talaga plan ko sa papagawa naming house. Make sense yung mga tricks. Plus yong pagtago ng wires ang galing. Naisip kong gayahin but with wireless charging na ehehe

Love the well thought of interioris. If you don't mind me asking, where do you have your wifi/landline phone kept? The ports kasi are by the corner in our living room. This hinders us from positiong our L-shaped couch, similar to yours. TIA!

Hello Francoisa! We actually have it inside our tv console. It was built around it cause we hate exposed wires inside the house! 😬 Then we got another wifi provider, so we decided to just have that right outside the living room (in our garage).

We forgot to take a shot from the other side para makita na design siya na part ng stairs. 😄 we plan to change it when we renovate again!

Hello! 3.13m yun lapad, yun haba naman starting from our living room to our dining area is around 6.77 m. Tapos we have the outside kitchen and guest bathroom pa, nasa 2 m naman haba niya. Yun garage hanggang sa gate around 5.5 m naman haba niya. Bale yan po ang buong first floor namin. Di ko po sure kung counted pa yun sa harap ng gate na sloping pababa. Hope this helps! ☺️

Yun lock ng door need lang mag palit ng batteries pag na lowbat po. Yun sa light naman, after 2 years ni replace lang namin yun mga pinlights ☺️

We got it from FB Marketplace. But unfortunately, we don’t recommend it! Nasira agad yun drawer at sobrang nipis niya. Nag tipid na kasi kami at that time pero we plan to change it pag may budget na ulit. The overall look and design is good though! Yun material lang is cheap.

Yun cost po really depends on the scope of work. For ours kasi we spent close to Php1M, including na lahat lahat - appliances, customized furnitures, dirty kitchen, electrical, etc. But we have other projects that cost less than that, depends po talaga sa mga papagawa. ☺️
