Who is this girl ... Why is she so tall ... And why does she have such long nails? That's what you ask us when you see the character we are craft today! But we can't keep it secret for so long! Therefore, let's meet the great and bloodthirsty Lady Dimitrescu!
Give a thumbs up if you know this character from Resident Evil Village! Her name is Alsina and she is the owner of the castle. Charming on the outside, but a monster on the inside! Rumor has it that she is a vampire! Her distinctive features are very tall and long, creepy nails that turn into razor blades.

Not so much with colored pencils as with markers (most markers are a big "no" in general for doll customizing), but this is much less of a concern if the doll is never going to be redesigned into a different character. If one is planning for a potential redesign later, it's absolutely recommended to seal the blank body/face with something like Mr Super Clear ("MSC") before even a speck of pigment goes near it (read up on safety precautions and good environmental conditions for MSC before using it). BJD faceup and blushing tutorials have lots of good info about protecting dolls that you might choose to re-paint later that can be applied to vinyl as well as resin. ^_^
