Excellent walk-through, thank you very much. I only looked this one up because I couldn't find the "New" button under the scenario 0 dropdown menu, but the whole video ended up helping me.

I had this same problem too. My scenario window was minimized. If anyone else has this same problem, look for a triangle pointing left, in the very bottom right of the Packet Tracer window, and click it.
