Thank you so much for this video! I like how you said to take it step by step- when I first looked at this it was pretty intimidating, but after watching your guide I felt much more confident, as I DID know how to do all of that! Please keep doing these! I really appreciate your efforts. You make it easy to learn and you go at a perfect pace.

Thank you for your video, man, i made it by my own but though i scored 100/100 i can't ping from (e.g.) PC1 to other PCs and to the cisco.pka. It gives me "Request time out". Have you got any idea of this behaviour? Maybe the fact that in the topology not all switch lights are green but two are always orange (even if i fast forward) may be the cause? I see you succeed in pinging but we have the same PT, anyway i don't know if it's my version to create ping issues, i have 7.1
@Colemen12345 жыл бұрын
did you make sure to use the ipconfig /renew command in the command prompt on the PC's?
@Lopeezy03044 жыл бұрын
Cole Bates what does that command do exactly?
@CitizenPerkins4 жыл бұрын
@@Lopeezy0304 -- "ipconfig /renew" tells the device to issue a new DHCP request. Most people precede that command with "ipconfig /release" which tells the device to drop its current DHCP settings.

I have the same problem. I´m using ipconfig /renew but only getting DHCP request failed. Can anyone please help?
