I struggled when i found out that 2 characters can be at your doors at the same time. So i suggest close one door then keep checking the 3 cameras right outside your door because sometimes the characters move backwards instead of banging on the door. Once one leaves, close the door on the 2nd character at your door (you need to be quick)
