Glad I found you man ..I'm beginning my dream of self-sufficient living at 50..I've dibbled with growing veggies and hunting some fishing but nothing too serious . Well a year ago I had a heart attack and was on a ventilator 7 days ..of all places my luck was great it happened in the ER of the hospital 😂..so here I am awaiting disability and after listening to health professionals I realized it was our food supply making us sick !! Our grandparents are fried food , ate hamburgers etc ..only difference was they grew ,harvested,almost every thing they consumed ..rarely ate fast food my grandmother lived to be 94 and never had high blood pressure ,diabetes ..she has sister that turned 103 last year still cooks with lard and eats bacon daily
