As if they had a chimney fire flashing something is going wrong with that. That needs to be checked out. $6 million is pretty reasonable for what you're getting. Obviously the house isn't worth that but there's a ton of land that comes with it, not to mention it's only a 35-minute drive from Pearson. If you tried to get a house half this size in the city you'd be paying at least double
