Your old pumps nicer than my current pump the guy who had my truck did an optical bump and put the hold down on upside down the sensor floated and wiped out the data disc

I love your videos. I a couple of questions. How do you know when it's the injection pump the one that's failing? Truck starts good bot after a few minutes it loses power. Is there a way of testing the injection pump without removing it?

I would make sure your lift pump and OPS (Oil Pressure Switch) are working as they should. The secondary function of the OPS is to power on and off the lift pump. Very poor design IMO. When the truck starts to loose power, pull off and crack the bleeder or the t handle while the truck is running. If no fuel comes out, you've found your culprit. Hope this helps

Good stuff..good video..i have a 94 6.5 with problems...i wish i could talk to you lol.. Engine stalls out like it's running out of fuel then takes a few days to get started to get fuel back to the injectors I don't know what's causing that

Kinda, it will shut the truck down. The PMD controls the fuel injection.

It had plenty of resistance on it, but nothing to make you struggle.

Upper and lower intake plenum. Injection pump to timing case, turbo drain and I believe that is it
