Looks like you’ve found a winner for sure. That’s awesome velocities and the match grade accuracy from a hunting bullet is always nice. Definitely reminds me of the 100 grain nosler ballistic tip I worked up. I’m getting a little more velocity but only 100 grain bullet. I tested in water jugs and the bullet looks identical. Personally I prefer a bonded bullet like the 120 grain Speer gold dot and the old factory loaded federal fusion’s. I just never could get these velocities from my 120 grain gold dots. But they are still devastating on whitetail coming out at just over 2500fps.

Yes these performed really well in my rifle. I'm also with you with the Speer gold dot. I still think they are the best bullet for the Grendel. I have gotten amazing accuracy with them. But, I don't think I have been able to crack 2600 with them either like you said

I’ve killed 2 8 points this year with my 6.5 Grendel. I’m running the hornady 100 gr ELD-VT. The bucks dropped immediately

Depends on what your application is. In my opinion the Grendel is the most versatile.

@highcountryadventures9606 what I like about the AR15 platform is for the most part it's light weight with most calibers I've wanted a 6.8spc for a long time but finding ammo has been a challenge now that I reload it won't be an issue but brass is a bit pricey and 7.62x39 brass to make my own 6.5 Grendel is cheaper and I've picked up a bunch of it from the range

The game king green tips 223 hand loads I made dropped 2 bucks one for me the handed the gun to son and dropped his less than 30 yards
