You are very amazing!!! By the way l found a video on KZbin and apparently they work for ram dealer because they was wearing the classic uniform mopar. I got a dodge ram 2017. Chassis cab. Crew cab 4WD with only over 45.000 miles on the clock. I noticed the oil leak from the side of the a/c compressor. I found videos about this issue and they said is the timing cover. I took to the dealership and yes, is a complex work and is necessary to lift the cab and the removal of lot of stuffs. I said!!!wow!!! And when they quoted l said....!!!waooowww!!! Waaooowww!!! It certainly hurts the dying piggy bank!!! The quote was $5.200.00 And not choice for my because I'm not a mechanic like you. Whish to fix by myself but but l can't. But is a shame how in the world the famous 6.7 cummins don't last with out oil leaks. Is a shame. Some said expect more troubles with your block gasquets because the extreme pressure inside of the engine. Not to mention DPF or your DEF pump or the injector for the DEF. Any thing else. But you lady are amazing and thank you for your video, l enjoyed it. 🙋♂️🙋♂️🙋♂️🙋♂️😮😮😮😮

Wow..thanks for the excellent video, very nice and organized! Super impressive. Hoping just my front cover gasket is where the small leak is coming from and I don't have to go as deep into it as you did.( might replace seal and all then come back to this video) 2018 6.7 banks ram air, slightly bigger turbo deleted and tuned 150k miles.

Im doing this now ive seen people use rtv on the gasket is that a good idea or just install dry?
@TheCumminsCowgirl4 ай бұрын
The only place you put rtv is on the joints by the oil pan. I talk about it in the video
@serbia9914 ай бұрын
@TheCumminsCowgirl but do you think it would help ensure a longer lasting seal if you do a thin coat of rtv on both sides of the housing gasket or no?
@TheCumminsCowgirl4 ай бұрын
No, just dry gasket and the silicone on the joints only. Same with the crankshaft seal, install dry only.

Why not heat the Cam gear and pull, then heat to install. It seems much more risky to possibly damage a cam bearing?
@TheCumminsCowgirl2 ай бұрын
I don’t have the proper tools to pull the gear without damaging it

Hello, excellent video, one question? What would be the price for your labor in this job?
