For someone who curious how come Seele still can become Herrscher after Kiana control the cocoon, you need to wait for the latest chapter story which CN just release ytd. The only thing can spoil is she is not the "herrscher" from imaginary side but from the SoQ side. In fact, the word "herrscher" also using quote in the story text, so it more like a term for easy understanding.

I love the verity of Seele we have, we have Tomboy Seele (HSR), Murderous Seele (Black), and Gentle Seele (White). excluding HSR I like the constant duality theme Seele has going for her, Gentle and Violent, Life and Death definitely a pull for me.

Omg, the black hair + clear pupils are the rarest combination I've ever seen in anime style media. It is my favorite combination so every character I see I get reminded that it is close to that style but always comes short. Omg and the sea theme! My fav skin ingame is Mobious' sea skin and my fav aesthetic in Genshin are Kokomi and Nilou. I can't believe my fav character Seele is getting my favorite color pallate. I am so glad I've been saving for 4 to 5 months

Since chapter 20 and 21, when Senti said that Seele had very high chance to become a Herrscher, I knew that Seele will have a new Herrscher battlesuit. And now, my waiting is finally rewarded. I remember accidentally seeing her when she was first leaked and I loved her color palette so much because it was not at all what I was expecting,but after being an avid fan of Stygian Nymph for so long seeing them take her Nymph themeing to the max and giving her my fav colors in my fav shades was def what I needed. And the way she has both a dps and support form truly makes her feel like the first Herrscher Of Her Kind,One Of Her Own Right. Though I am very sad that they changed the hairstyles at the very last moment because originally the hair in Soul form was going to be short and Long in fate form but it seems at the very last moment they swapped it.

Also now that you mention it,I think her Soul form's combo attack being her cutting apart the moon is a very very literal depiction of her defying what a herrscher traditionally is,by being a Herrscher of Quantum origin rather than Imaginary.

My only complaint is she’s PSY and not QUA… because if she’s going to be unique among Herrschers, they really should have leaned into it like that - plus QUA is still missing that really heavy-hitting signature physical damage dealer.

Schrödinger calls the attempt to create her a “paradox” because she’s a “Herrscher” born not of the Imaginary Tree and regulated by the cocoon of finality, but of the Sea of Quanta. In theory it’s impossible because Herrschers are IMG, not QUA… which is why I said they should have gone all in on this and made HoRb QUA.

i mean when you think of it veliona seeles stigmata was the herrscher of death so seele become herrscher of rebirth was an actual theory I had thought of like 2-3 years ago after we got introduced veliona as the herrscher of death so seele would technically in sense become life because death can not exist without life which also ties there persionality seele's being more caring yet feels insecure not wanting velion to help wanting to be more reliant on herself rather than others to help her always then velion being death sadistic twisted vengeful or in any sense all negative emotions while seele is all positive emotions so when seele starts feeling negative emotion veliona would try or attempt to help which also thinks of seele becoming the herrscher of rebirth is either a there souls seele and veliona fused into one becoming reborth or b seele taps into her own power that's she never new she had with the help of velion creates rebirth but many things are possible even to go to far and say that when we got hof and hoo as well as hot, I think that the caccon of finality in a sense was and alternate more docile version of the will of honkai or part of it in a sense... ok theory in ggz honkai gakuen we had the will of honkai and previous area the will fo honkai could be now prometheus then this current era we have the cacoon of finality so in a sense we had 3 version of will of honkai but each representing a different branch could it be that the will of honkai was split or separated into different peaces or soemthing like that or maybe not at all but if you think about it. why does the honkai evolve when humanity increase In technology unless the will of honkai is testing humanity in getting ready for the star people or Aeons in HSR because in ggz honkai gakuen the will of honkai said destroying me wont do anything there isalways someone stronger to take my place. Also all of kiana's herrscher forms have a star like symbol from a full 4 pointed star to 5 diamond pupil in a shape of a star

I just don't want Veliona to disappear in the sea of butterflies forever. Just maybe give her own physical body that is separated from Seele. But for real though, it's like they're really following the color theme of HoHE or just the recent Herrschers. Maybe a different kind of color palette is welcome.
