Electricity of this entire house considering per unit rate of maharashtra state Electricity board is atleast 70k per month in normal usage given it has centralised air conditioning and lift. The bungalow is in a society hence society maintenance charges will be different. The maid or workers living with you, they cant be ignored. Their salary, hikes and bonus or inaam on diwali new year. Their nuisances and nakhras excluded. Then gardening fees and maintenance. If you build swimming pool then its cleaning charges. In short per year be ready to spend atleast 5 lacs minimum.
