I don't understand, in Portugal in Lisbon, at 16 Cr, you get a fabulous Portuguese bungalow with an Atlantic view with a golden visa which enables you to stay/ work/ do business in Portugal and other schengen countries. 16 Cr for 500 sqm property in Goa is too expensive .unlike in Mumbai Goan don't prefer house at river as water floods outside and create mess so as per rate and property size its too costly ask price should be 2-3 cr max as per me

This used to be a old Portuguese style house, the well and the roof being the last remaining vestiges. It has been hacked and opened up lofts added, new teak doors added, bedroom mushrooming with attached baths out of thin air, a plunge pool all with a view of the Mandovi that alone has stood the test of time and seen how her poor goa has been ravaged by unscrupulous builders with so called aesthetics to make a fat share and devide the largesse. Please don't call this a Portuguese style house.
