Hey Marlon. 6/6 1/2 is what’s up. You showing these massive homes. Front living room. Nice kitchen. 1/2 bath. Open concept. $200/$300 a night is great. I’ll take the downstairs bedroom. Great pool bath right by the door. Birdcaged. Nice. Cool 😎 game/theater room. Like mid home stairs. Cozy loft with balcony. My grandmothers verandah was in the rear. Big Bedroom with en-suite. Laundry. Every bedroom should have an ensuite. Big primary. His/hers closet. En-suite a little dated. But great home to rent. Thanks for sharing.

Ot you could possibly take this house off the vacation rental market and start house-hacking it! With each bedroom pretty much having a private bathroom, this would be an easy property to rent by the bedroom if the area allows it. Alternatively, it could be a great rooming house or small assisted living facility/group home. The $200 per night rental rate could easily become $300 to $500 per bedroom per month (a few hundred more for full on assisted living), doing the math yields us a potential rental income of $3000 per month for the example of the $500/room rate.
