This is actually a two story house, not a one story with basement. You enter from the second floor, which is the main level. The first floor holds the fourth and fifth bedrooms.

Hey Marlon. Cute front elevation. Would pave the driveway. Don’t care to see kitchens on entry but at least it’s lovely. Open concept living/dining. Like the garage leads right to the kitchen. Did see the W/D in the garage 🫤. Good size guest bedrooms and bathroom. Primary a good size. Closet ok size. En-suite small but nice , new and appreciated. The sliders in the primary the only rear access to the backyard? That’s a bit odd. Wouldn’t want everyone going through my primary and going through the front door and around sucks too cuz wouldn’t want to leave the front door unlocked and everyone in the back 🤷🏻‍♀️. But it is a nicely renovated home.

May God have mercy on Florida Florida is a beautiful state It's just the awful destructive hurricanes lives being lost properties being destroyed that makes me afraid to live there I know no one can stop the hurricanes that come every year I just pray to God for Florida and our U.S.A. as well

This hurricane was just a hit or miss. Some areas hit bad. Some not at all. My cousin in Largo said their pool and backyard were one with a flooded lanai and pumped water out of their home for 7hrs that night. Then my sister in law in Miami said where they live didn’t even get rain. Racetrac gas ⛽️ roof gone. 🗽is done face first. Although beautiful to live on or by the water as my husband might want; I just cannot. Inland and a pool good for me for this fear of storms and the gator 🐊 waters. Oh that tree on the house but the little I see the house looks intact. The traffic lights 🚦 not working on those major intersections as dangerous as the storm. Was wondering if those pumpkins stayed outside like that during the storm? Wow. The huge oak tree. Looks like the buildings in downtown Orlando shield. Prayers for all affected. Thanks for sharing 🤗

Thanks for the video. I lived in Clermont for 6 years and really grew to love it, so it was nice to be able to not only see it again but to also know that it wasn’t hit too hard by the hurricane.
