I am in the moment going through a 21 day fast with my Church. I feel my body is getting a bit weak, but your fasting teachings are of great encouragement to me. Thank you! The thing about letting God have my bacon in stead if my eggs really spoke to me. I was about to do my usual fast which was just abstaining from all sugar, but after listening to one of your teachings I felt that God spoke to me about abstaining from foods. This is my first time.

But one other thing happened to me that sunday morning in my prison cell. I told the pastor as i was still in the spirit you should of been there as i raised up from my waist up since i was laying down on my prison bed i saw myself laying there flat and noticed i had two bodies that were identical

Fasting increases spiritual weight. (loses physical!) Romans in 11 chapters end with chap 12.1,2 The response a sacrifice. We f bec we have received Gods grace. Not to get closer or holy …a grace…Awareness of Jesus in you…A rational response to Gods mercy. Believers sin by abusing His body.

I was fasting not looking at all for Jesus but on the 3rd day no food or water i was at the throne of grace within me and i heard Jesus say unto me , "What have you cone for" at this moment that pastor came looking for me and interrupted me asking me a question in my prison cell. I answered the pastor not Jesus.
