Sir mera pichle month ka bill tha whi bill August me bhi chala gya lekin invoice alag hai to isko kaise sahi kar skte hai

First, confirm that the bill was wrongly issued again. Verify both invoice numbers, amounts, and dates in your records. If the August invoice is already reported in GSTR-1, you can amend it in the next GSTR-1 filing using Table 9 (Amendments). This allows you to rectify the mistake and remove the duplicate. You may need to issue a credit note against the incorrect invoice to nullify its impact, especially if it has been accepted by the buyer. Report this credit note in GSTR-1 under the appropriate table (Credit/Debit Notes). After making corrections, ensure that the correct invoice is reflected in your GSTR filings (both the original and corrected one). If there is any GST liability due to the duplicate billing, ensure to pay it on time to avoid interest charges (18% per annum for late payment).

Can a seller sell his property on market value rs 10000000 while circle rate or dlc is 5000000 purchaser is agreed to pay stamp duty on 10000000 Because he wants to purchase the property in number 1
