Hi sir I am from Mumbai Maharashtra, my relative stay in SRA , her mother and father was dead and his sister is ready for NOC , but society not cooperate with him , father's name is eligible in annexur 2 and received allotment letter from developer but 14:52 secretary told him to bring builder agreement , which developer not done of every one ,and also told him to realese deed make on ₹ 2100 stamp paper and expense about 7500 rs please guide me and is there developer agreement is necessary in this case ? because when I meet him and told where written in bylaws that agreement in require then he told if 2 witness of society is there than ok

It must be informed tht the selfowned property belongs to fathr and wife is attached only for conviene purpors andhence at the deth of the wife the chiden has no right title andinterwst.
