Property is jointly named my father and mother both in Punjab. Father's death in 2022. Mother is alive. And we are 3 sister and 1 brother including me. Now i want to transfer the property on my name. Mere papa ka govt job the, mere papa death ho Gaya hai abhi, papa ka job bade bhayya ko dhi gayithi, mere bhayya be death hogaye, ho job mere babi ko Diya hai ho mujko mere chote bhayi ko kayal nahi karte hai. Isme property inko be dena padta hai kya.

Hi sir I am from Mumbai Maharashtra, my relative stay in SRA , her mother and father was dead and his sister is ready for NOC , but society not cooperate with him , father's name is eligible in annexur 2 and received allotment letter from developer but 14:52 secretary told him to bring builder agreement , which developer not done of every one ,and also told him to realese deed make on ₹ 2100 stamp paper and expense about 7500 rs please guide me and is there developer agreement is necessary in this case ? because when I meet him and told where written in bylaws that agreement in require then he told if 2 witness of society is there than ok

सर मेरे जीजाजी की डेथ हो चुकी है। सारी प्रॉपर्टी मेरे एक भांजे ने अपने नाम करवाली और मेरी बहन को कुछ भी हिस्सा नहीं दिया। और लालच और प्रलोभन देकर साइन भी करवाली। मेरी बहन उनके पति की दूसरी पत्नी है। और ३५ साल की मरेजे लाइफ थी। और सभी तीन बच्चे पति के अगली पत्नी के है। और मेरी बहन के कोई संतान नहीं है। और उनकी उम्र ७२ साल है। तो क्या करे। Plase हमे गाईड करे।

What r u trying to say? You should get a lawyer to draft your will and he will register it.Or find will drafts on internet and draft it yourself, go to subregistrar office and register it.

It must be informed tht the selfowned property belongs to fathr and wife is attached only for conviene purpors andhence at the deth of the wife the chiden has no right title andinterwst. Hiws self acuqired property no body canchallenged his right to do what he ants. noone has the right tostop ihis opraing of the prperty.Such clams is ilelgal andnot maintainable and nody eiher the propry aughorities or society where he immoeable property socity or authoritycannot stop the righ of he self owned propery by the father duringhis survival and if the socity or poroprty oposed then there is criminal asiration of thesad prorty todeprive the self owned proprty of the faher er and puthim in difficulties.
