Fantastic. I'm pretty sure for every one of these tips, I said to myself "ahh, I know what he's going to do." And then every time you surprised me with some new feature or workflow I didn't know existed.

Transfer normals blew my mind. I always thought you had to get it all lined up and shrinkwrapped, and then do a remeshing to properly join them. A non-destructive shrinkwrap intersection that just fudges the perfect transition is incredible.

Excellent tips, the 90 bridge is something I've never used before. An additional curve tip, if you need to make a curve that is both not on a surface nor on the x/y/z plane is to just use a NURBs "path." You don't have to mess with bezier handles, and the result is a smoothed interpolation between the points.

Great tips! But if I may bring up a problem for further, a bit more advanced construction... ... the shrinkwrap and normal data transfer method works perfectly to integrate objects with simple materials... but what would you do when they have any sort of texture? If been using this method for some time now to "blend" objects of different density... but I still haven't found a reliable way to add textures to that. Any ideas?
