That is where the "Unlock Jumping Frog Backpack" video comes in. You have to locate and complete puzzles in 4 different sewer locations across the map to open valves in each of them. Once you do that, then you go back to the Frog Queen and do another platforming section. Guess you could say he lied and there is no 7th pipe 🤣

It is called the super police car and is unlocked when you complete all 6 of the detective missions at the police station.

Police station, then to the green slide at the pool, then newspaper job in residential island, then to the loop at the golf course, then the ice cream shop, follow the ice cream trail to the outdoor market and then you walk towards the beach area and go into the front door of building that is on the corner when you first come into the Paradise island area.

Thanks for the feedback! Sorry and I will be revisiting the videos and adding timestamps. Unfortunately this particular video you may need to as this sewer area is a dark maze with no map access and if you are needing help finding all 6 broken pipes me just cutting to fixing the pipes and not showing the route i take to get to them is probably just as useless
