I suggest trying KOTH maps. I don't think the bots would ever do well on defense, since they only seem to want to rush at the enemy. Maybe the bots would do better on KOTH maps.

Theres one thing I noticed and had comfirmed here: Bots cant defend. For example on Kings Row theire pathing literally takes them from 2nd/3rd point Spawn strait off the map.

That's an excellent idea! But I recommend Heat Street: Talents (KFVAY), with difficulty set to Apocalyptic. Or maybe both? I'd love to watch it on stream! Great preparation for OW2 PVE ;) (I just played a nearly 1,5 hour long Talents game with a particularly nasty set of mutators. It was harrowing and I loved it :))

Please stop using Hard Ana. She has by far the worst AI. Aside from landing a couple sleeps, she is a throw pick. Also try a Control game mode, KOTH style games typically work better for AI and they won't feed/stagger as much as they do on defense... except Ana.
