Why do you dip the copper board in ferric chloride solution? Is there any alternative?

The alternative is vero board. Its very easy. Solder the components according to schematic diagram given in the description.

hi bro i have used normal pair of ir sensors when I connect to arduino in serial monitor the valuesare always high not changing followed your video except the the ir sensor did not use tcrt5000

Digital pins can be used for motor driver, push button, led. For sensor you need to use analog pins.

Thanks for the review. You can design type of sensor. The diagram is similar. Just add more sensor by reducing the gap between them. the robot will run more accurately with 8 channel array sensor.
