We have a cold case in my hometown. 13 year old boy shot and killed on two daysafter Valentines day 1986 by person(s) unknown. Happened during the early evening hours between 7 and 9. No one heard the shot or saw anything unusual. Even i didn't hear it despite only living around the corner from the parking lot where it happened. It angers me to know that we will likely never know who did it because he and his sister were good friends of mine. RIP Chuck Edit: feb 17 1986.
