Well said! I would recommend smiling while pumping and if you manage to keep smiling you are likely more relaxed and hopefully enjoying it more.

Update after 9 sessions. Was able to pump for 30 seconds yesterday (dock start). Definitely learned so much from your videos that translates to progression on the water. Just re-watched a lot of the videos, and learned a lot even though it was my second time watching. Keep posting, I am a big fan! I think especially the points about posture and decompression has helped me.
