I was born and raised in Hokkaido, but after watching your video, I realized for the first time how fascinating this place truly is. Daikokuya is, in my opinion, the best Genghis Khan restaurant I've tried so far. However, I don't go there often because the service isn't great, and there's usually a loooong line.

I was there in end of July this year. It was quite comfortable. Around 18 to 23 degree celcius

The special limited uni don is 8800 yen while normal one is around 4000 yen. Fresh uni from shell is about 1000yen
