Toller Anfang, nur weiter so! Eine kleine Bemerkung: Geschirr und Klamotten würde ich nicht direkt im Bach bzw. See waschen, sondern etwas abseits der Gewässer.

Thanks a lot. There are many "regulations" /laws depending on free camping in Auztria. I have the great luck to live in Styria, since 20 years. It's one of Austrias most lovely places, mountains, rivers, plains, and a lot of nature - still. I would never ever go back to Vienna, every big city is a challenge nowadays for me. If you live in the city, try to get out as often as possible, nature will show many things, also about yourself . Tom.

@A_New_Error2 жыл бұрын
It depends on the Bundesland you're in. In Styria for example wild camping above the treeline is allowed as long as it's not a national park or something. In some Bundesländer it's just flat out forbidden. But to be honest if you don't go to an extremly popular hiking trail, are quite, keep the spot clean, keep distance to huts and leave in the morning you probably can camp on the mountains all over Austria without getting into (serious) trouble. Hope that helps
@edwardpage99962 жыл бұрын
@@A_New_Error Hi, that's extremely helpful thank you. Sorry if it sounds stupid but would above the tree like mean you need to climb a decent way up the mountain then
@A_New_Error2 жыл бұрын
@@edwardpage9996 In the mountains trees only grow up to a certain alitude above this 'Line' there are only shrubs and gras, and the vegetation steadily drecreases further and further until there is just the bare rock. That line is the treeline. It's typicaly somewhere between 1600m and 2000m depending where you are in Austria. So yeah that is normaly a decent hike just to get to that point.

Beautiful video and what an adventure overall! I hope I'll be able to have a good hike in the mountains as well this summer. The video is great, especially as a first one. I also loved your musical choices. I need to watch more of your more recent footage to be qualified to comment on that... but at times the transitions were quite.. let's say unexpected. I'd expect you to stick to one type of transition throughout, but you "experimented" with different ones for the video side of things. Mostly cuts, but also a couple types of fade-in transitions. They left me sometimes expecting for a fade but surprised with a cut. Any one is good, just not both, unless explicitly linked to the context/story told by the video. On the other hand, the audio was always straight up cuts whereas I felt fading would have been more appropriate (to keep the suiting vibes of the music). Something else to add coherence and make the video cuts more seamless is to "announce" the next scene by having some audio of the latter scene overlapping fading in during the end of the first (for one second or so). Last thing. It felt kinda funny to have you hike at inhuman speeds. Usually people show multiple cuts of them walking at normal-ish speed instead. Choices are yours tho, this is your channel after all^^ I have to say tho, I am in no way professional, nor do I wish to depreciate your content. I am commenting because I enjoyed it and I want to help you improve the quality of your videos if you so desire.
