They wanted to do it by the books, and they did a fine job - Rather than rushing the case for a conviction to please the media, they handled business and got everyone involved the correct sentence. Everyone from the detectives and officers involved to the court system handled this as professionally as possible, and should be applauded for doing such. Rest easy X, we all know he wasn't perfect or even a good role model for the youth and so did he, yet he isn't to blame for the glorification society gives towards him for living his life the way he did. Towards the end of his journey, he matured and seemed to realize and attempt make up for the mistakes he made as a young teen growing up in the society he was born into, which I'm sure few of us can never wrap our heads around. He tried to use the platform he had created to inspire positivity, and that is what he should be remembered for ultimately. I'm not a fanboy, I rarely listened to the kids music before or even after his passing, but his musical talent was undeniable and he deserves respect for trying to be a better person. Nothing of the same can be said about these 4 dudes. Robbing someone of their property is a forgivable offence, robbing someone of their life isn't, so who cares if these for lowlifes have had to rot in detention for the last 5 years before a verdict was reached, surely not any sane person.
