Great question. Originally we did not taste test. Dinner time is just super important to us with the kids around the table and having that family time. While that is still very important, we have added a lot more taste tests into our newer content. So if you watch the newer stuff, I think you will really enjoy that addition!

Good question! I try and add extra protein in where I can. Greek Yogurt has a similar texture and flavor but a lot more protein.
