Yep, I’m in for the sides! Great recipes; sage brown butter is so yummy. I’m glad you left the recipe for the risotto, I was confused. You said a cup of risotto but risotto is a cooking method not an ingredient and then you said pasta … for anyone else confused it is made with Arborio rice. 😀

I am a new subbie! Mandy in the Making mentioned your channel so I decided to check your channel out and I LOVE IT!!!! I make a similar broccoli casserole that’s always requested for me to bring to Thanksgiving and Christmas family gatherings. It’s just broccoli, velveeta, ritz crackers and buttah😉. I’m going to make the one in this video this year. I noticed your recipe in the description listed sour cream but I didn’t see you add it to the bowl in the video. Can it be left out or did you just leave it out in the video? Either way it looked delicious. I like the idea of using your recipe instead of mine.
