I’m a list lover too 👋 there’s been times when I don’t get to cross anything extra off and on those days when I feel frustrated I add to my list ALL the things I DID do. Then tick them off as done. The things we wouldn’t write down typically as you say, and there I can see a list that shows me black & white that I actually did accomplish a lot of little things. And that makes me feel better in times of frustration 😊
