I love the idea of having a tidy up song! Ive been getting our 2 year old to help clean up her toys but haven't been consistent since i personally forget 😅 i also wrote down the nightly kitchen tips to put on the fridge since the kitchen is always the area that gets away from me the most. I have no clue what to do once nap time is no longer a thing, its such an integral part of the system! Lovely video as always, praying youre all well 🙏🏽🧡

I’m a new subscriber and absolutely loving your channel! I find myself sneaking off to enjoy a nice break with one of your videos here and there throughout the day. Your calm voice and manner is already helping me to be more patient with my own kids even when I feel my buttons being pushed. Can’t wait to watch more!

Another gorgeous video, Mia. Your words seem to hit me just at the time I need them the most. Especially after Christmas I’ve been feeling overwhelmed by the sheer amount of ‘stuff’ around the house. This video was a gentle reminder that all of these things are a blessing, and my children deserve a childhood with a happy mother

Having grace for yourself and reassessing your priorities is so important! This was a lovely reminder. I'm watching as I'm sitting at the stove making chutney and allowing the mess to exist for a day while my body recovers from a lot of physical exercise. Learning to give myself gentle days has been a game changer for me and really helps me to cut down the amount of time I spend under the weather with headaches and back pain!

That is wonderful and very inspiring. Thank you! Homemade chutney sounds yummy 😍🌹 I hope your headaches and back pain gets better soon!

One thing that really changed how I feel about working in the home was to think about how grateful i am for being able to be doing all these things. For example: emptying the dishwasher. If i werent able to do it anymore, the day would come where i wished i would be capable of doing it myself.

That is a very inspiring thought thanks so much!! 🌹

More hair videos please Mia! 🙏🏻I’m another girl who has very similar hair to you - and other CG routines haven’t worked for me. I started using the Heatless blowout methods bc they are simple and easy as a busy mum but I’m watching this video in earnest to learn how to get the most out of my natural wave/curl pattern, fine dry frizzy hair and a lot of it. I also suit a long fringe and you’ve inspired me to get that cut back in this new year. Warmest wishes ❤

Late to the comments here, but I completely understand what you mean about expecting it to be hard. I’m pregnant with baby number two, and my first will be 18mos when baby is born. Even with her as a newborn, I had to basically have no expectations which is also really similar to just expecting the hard things to happen instead of wishing it to be easy. That is the only thing that gets me through lol

Will you share a playlist of songs you like to listen to while working and a playlist you like to play aloud for your family (to bring calmness) to the space?

Your voice is so calming! I've been culling our belongings whenever I get overwhelmed. We literally go through with a bin bag and start throwing out anything that's just getting in the way. I brought a lot of clutter with me from my single life and we're still tackling the excess of belongings 😅

Your voice is very soothing (and much needed for a stressed mom at home like myself). I don’t know why I hadn’t thought to look for content like this sooner. Treating my home as my career (or legacy even) is a game changer. Thank you for sharing.
