You should tell her you have a crush on her crush. When I told my best friend who my crush is, she told me she had feelings for him too. I'm glad she was being honest and she really understood how I felt for him. I wasn't even mad. Now we're better friends because we know that even if we like the same guy, if he ever likes one of us we will support each other and be happy for the other. We promised and we know it's gonna be hard but we are gonna make it through, cause that's what best friend are for. I never want to loose a friend like her no matter what happens.

Listen, me and my crush who we will call M went back and forth the WHOLE YEAR, we liked each other and everyone knew yet we never fully assumed it. At prom we danced together and then slow danced, I fell head over heels!!! He then texted me to say what a great night and slow dance it was. I truly thought this was it, we were going to become something real. Then a couple days later I got invited to go bowling with M and two other mutual friends. And guess what? I was BORED, couldn't wait to get back home. He kept texting me about what I was doing in my insta stories, yet I felt blah about him. For me, the best way to get over someone is two steps: (1) Like Kimberly said, think of bad thoughts that have to do with them, and (2) explore your options. By this I mean remind yourself that he’s not the only one out there, and that there are other people you can be interested in. Don’t always look for someone in one place like school, or work, or church. Rather look in all places and weigh the pros and cons between your current crush or ex and somebody else that might of caught your eye.
