I face a lot of hair fall and iam 18 but after facing hair fall I changed my deit like eating oats, walnuts, almond, flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, amla, curry leaves and banana in morning and literally 1 month of eating this my hair fall have gone now iam very happy 😌❤ try this guys...

1) anda main khata nahin hoon, vegetarian hoon 2) berries mereko ajeeb lagti hai. 3) walnut bohot mehenge hote hai. 4)ghar main daliya hai isliye oats nahi kha skta. 5) tamtar mujhe pasand nai hain. Ab batao mai kya karu.

Yes you can. But it is advisable to at least boil the spinach first and then take out the leaves and then make their juice. Because boiling would kill the bacteria and get rid of the antinutrients present in the Spinach
