Yes Lancôme is my favorite foundation now that I’m in my thirty’s. I tried the Nars one but that didn’t work for me it would crease really badly on me, but their conciler omg it’s perfect for my under eyes. So yeah there isn’t a one and done foundation for everyone. But when she said that the Lancôme foundation doesn’t transfer I’m like how did you get it to do that because I hugged my bf and left foundation all over his shoulder 😳 and I used the all nighter setting spray. So I was so shocked when that happened.

So I typically don’t like Makeup Forever foundations, but I am loving the matte velvet skin foundation ONLY as a primer - I put a very small amount on as a base layer to smooth and perfect (pale shade that matches my skin perfectly) then I layer my Shiseido self-refreshing in a shade slightly darker than my actual skin. The MF really brightens and smooths in acne scars and pores and makes the Shiseido glide on 🙌🏼 Ever since I started doing this I’ve been having the best makeup days!

I’m obsessed with the Teint Idole! Lancôme Skin Feels Good is my favorite though. I would recommend trying it if you haven’t already. It’s very hydrating but still gives a nice medium coverage! I will say I prefer a more sheer to light-medium coverage and a dewy finish.

I *highly* recommend em cosmetics daycushion SPF tint!! the coverage is light to medium, see through texture, never cakey, so lightweight you don’t even feel it!! Comes with a refill so I think it’s worth the $48. Since it’s a more sheer product, the shade range is small but it is balanced and diverse.

I've always wanted to like Teint Idole. It shade matches me PERFECTLY and is one of the few foundations that ever did (I am super pale, and choose not to wear darker shades of foundation or bronze up. I like my natural ghostliness LOL.) But Teint Idole is sooo drying and it's not matte--it's FLAT. Dull, flat, and yeah, it makes lines even where there aren't any. Teint Miracle is similar in shade range but it's such a nicer, more flattering product--one of the original "radiant" or glowy foundations, imho. Nobody talks about it, though. Odd. Please, yes, do more tutorials! You are such a good teacher and It's really fun learning from you. And please do film the declutters! Those are just so fun, I can't even explain why, but they are fun and satisfying too! :-)

The makeup forever reboot foundation is one of my favourites! I have dry skin and have had tried almost as many foundations as Taylor Wynn. Lol. It is hydrating but not too dewy. Lasts on my dry skin and makes the rest of my makeup go on easier and it just looks healthy.

I love the hourglass stick foundation. Didn’t love it at first as it would wear off and collect in my lines…but then I started applying and spreading with my fingers. Wears well all day on my combo skin (oily tzone). Looks like skin but waaaay better!

If you’re trying to find a good cushion foundation I highly recommend black foundation from Hera. I have to admit the colour range is not great AT ALL though the way that it applies and wears- BEAUTIFUL!!! they have normal black foundation in tube version, they both works amazing.

I have to wholeheartedly disagree with the Chantecaille cushion foundation. Yes, it is expensive, but as someone with dry, sensitive skin Ive struggled (and I mean spent way too much money) to find foundations that don’t cling onto the dry areas or make me itch. I feel like this hydrates the skin. It is not a full coverage foundation; it’s definitely “your skin but better.” However, I’m so happy you’re back and happy we can have an open conversation. ❤️

I agree with you, I love this foundation and I have very reactive combination skin. I feel like because Tati likes medium/full coverage she probably used way more product than necessary to try to get that level of coverage when that isn't the purpose of this foundation. It's meant to be light coverage with a super natural looking finish and I absolutely adore it simply because that's what I want...something that doesn't look like a full face of foundation. It's all about personal preference...so while she may never use this again because it's not what she is looking for, it's definitely not a bad foundation.

This was fun! I have the Lancôme foundation and actually really like it. It’s kind of an “evening” foundation for me though. My favorite foundation right now is the Sephora good skin one. It’s just kind of the perfect every day easy one for me. I do remember the dream matte mouse and like pretty much everyone I wore it all the time! When I was younger I could pull off more of a matte look but now it makes my skin look like parchment.
