IMPORTANT! Gear 5+ Rainbow damage effect only works if every color is currently present on the field not just on your tean. Meaning if you have dual characters on your team they need to be in their specific color for Gear 5 to have rainbow Damage. Keep this in mind when tean building for Kizunas things like because if you need to activate a special on a repeat color (EX: Kinemon/denjiro, Kin shares the same color as Luffy so it won't work unless Denjro is out or theres another qck unit to fill in)

Because a lot of people are asking: You could get all of Luffy’s skulls in events from the past month: Grand Party, Kizuna, and Treasure Map. If you did the events to a specific level (such as Grand Party to 9 wins) then you got the skull. There’s 1 more available coming in the upcoming Kizuna - so after that you’ll have to wait and see if they actually add them to the Kizuna shop

​@@jamesonedwardsii4943I mean they could have but they didn't, they just had to make anti psy content or content with lots of captain bind before applying despair so that Roger can't negate it. Saying they couldn't do it is a bit of an overstatement is all not that Roger isnt busted AF, I do still love that Roger unit but I think I prefer units like G5 (both versions), Alber, and Nami who can either negate multiple debuffs on yourself or ignoring enemy buffs. Roger negating Buff removal is amazing but I think its slightly more limited for certain content.

@@LuckyWunder no they couldn’t…. He did what he was supposed to do. The absolute ONLY thing that pushed Roger out of the meta was higher damage boosters. This is the same with G5 6+. As long as you can find good friend captains to pair him with he’s going to be good for a while until higher boosters push him out.

double gear 5 is so weird to run imo you basically limit yourself to run a full free spirit team if you want it to work the way it is supposed to which tbf free spirit is easily the best category but still it limits the overall usage for using both those luffys not to mention that the unevolved version is far better in terms of utility so I'm not sure that i wanna evolve him ever unless i get a dupe i initially was hoping they would've changed the unit from all the backlash but i knew it was unrealistic

Colour affinity straw hats seem very op for him since he will get that boos no matter what. Also the Germa Ship with its 1.8 boost and 2 turns of cooldown.
