Giants were a good tanker until Th6...after that Golems and even PEKKA are suited

If you don't want to use various strategy..... If you just want a clean easy strategy to use in war.... Then go for Dragon, Electro Dragon, balloons For ground, go for Witch(and Golem/Giant for taking witch)

I used the giant-wizard strat until th12! Actually, since there's a lot more giant than golem, heal spell is more efficient on giants, and they deal more damage. Tanking pov, golem wins. All around pov, giant is great

The problem with pekka is that you need to funnel it since it doesn't have any favourite target which means that defenses can go for your damaging troops like wizards unlike golem which always goes for defenses thus drawing the most fire. Plus, it also explodes into golemites which are basically giants. Pekka is a powerful support troop to be sent behind golems as it can provide deep base tanking once the golems are gone and punch holes through walls deep inside the base due to its massive damage. It's like a hero basically lol. I only take one pekka every attack and try to save it from damage until it is deep in the base and the primary tanks (golems or giants) are wiped out.

But in higher townhall Golem can be used to tank a massive army.... But... But Giant can be used as mini tank in nore vital situation.... You can use it too tank normal wall breaker to create path for queen Charge.... To provide a initial tank to your heroes in some cases.... Sometimes it tanks for 2-3 Hog rider who are going to snipe some corner defence builder to help main army

@@arjunb3151 btw I used Giants in max th11 also in Giant BoBat, GiBoWitch strategy.... They are so useful... And HGHB is also effective in Townhall 12.... Klaws used Giant Witch strategy in th13 without spell.... And he scored 3* on Judo Sloths base.... It means Giants are effective till Th11... But if you can use it properly.... Then it's useful in higher townhall also
