For 5 minutes video, it contain so much value. Below are my points: 1. Clarity in Objectives. Possess a clear understanding of what I want, the direction I want to go. When? Why? 2. Involve in multiple projects simultaneously,. Upon completing Project A, they promptly transition to Project B. 3. Schedule dedicated time for contemplation and decision-making, "CEO time". 4. Concentrate intensely on crucial elements likely to lead to success. 5. Understand the factors that contribute to success. - contemplate 6. Knowing what projects to be accepted or rejected based on my interest. Back to clarity. 7. Minimize the time gap between idea formation and project execution. 8. Idea visioned, promptly designing projects, creating project management plans, and assigning tasks as needed. 9. Execute projects swiftly, including design, management planning, and task delegation as required. 10. Achieve high productivity by managing multiple projects simultaneously. 11. Do not succumb to a mindset focused on resource scarcity, execute ideas promptly and effectively without fear of potential idea theft. 12. Level up, avoid over repeating the same projects, always seeking ways to answer research questions more effectively and exploring new methodologies. 14. Courageously step out of the comfort zone. 15. Persist in writing papers despite rejections and continue proposing projects despite numerous rejections. 16. Long-Term Thinking. Maintain a long-term perspective, contemplate on how to transform the field over the next 5, 10, or 20 years and maybe create new ecosystems. 17. Impact of Long-Term Thinking. Influence how one shows up and the decisions they make today. 18. Recognize that decisions made now may not have consequences in the next year but could hold huge importance in the 5 year (example). 19. Skills. 20. Collaboration. 21. Benefit Not Only the Current Self but Also the Future Self. Even though I am not a researcher yet, this video bring enormous value. Many thanks. 🙏 I will have my CEO time soon to contemplate all of this 😁
